The location is magnificent and stunning, hotel is fairly clean.

The staff at Ca' Lavezzera were incredibly helpful and provided detailed directions to the property in advance, which made getting there a breeze. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and we even received a thoughtful gift of traditional Venetian biscuits. The location was fantastic, just a short water bus ride away from the San Marco square. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the pier that directly connects to the airport. our stay at Ca' Lavezzera was memorable and we highly recommend it.

Fairly clean hotel, liked to be short walk to the centrum and all the main tourist attractions thanks to marvellous location. Had a satisfactory breakfast with crossaints, pastries plus warm bread...

The double bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size too. We particularly loved the view from our windows, which overlooked a charming canal. It really captured the essence of Venice. The location of the hotel was excellent - just a short walk away from all the key attractions. We appreciated the friendly welcome we received upon arrival, and the host made sure we were happy with our room and familiarized us with the facilities. The breakfast provided was basic but sufficient to keep us going until lunchtime. we highly recommend Ca' Lavezzera for its comfortable rooms, great location, and friendly service.

It's a stunningly beautiful hotel with satisfactory breakfast, the location is beautiful close to a vaporetto stop.

Everything was perfect, including really helpful staff and stunning location in a very quiet neighborhood. Greatly enjoyed to spend 4 days in our bright double room with a blue ceiling, lovely view and very quiet aircon. Location: the hotel was just next door to peaceful, and San Marco and Rialto.
